The album also listed on the Roots Music Report "Top 50 Blues Albums" chart at #9 (December, 2019) and Top 50 Contemporary Blues Album chart at #5!  It finished on the Top 50 Comtemporary Blues Albums for the year 2019 at #20.

Diane Blue joins Ronnie Earl & the Broadcasters!

It's official!  Diane Blue is the lead singer of Ronnie Earl and the Broadcasters!  Ronnie and his band have been known for performing soulful instrumental music, and have not officially had a singer in the band for many years.  Ms. Blue is the first female member of the Broadcasters, now touring with the band.  For a complete list of tour dates, see www.ronnieearl.com

Debut release on Regina Royale Records!

Diane Blue's debut album on Regina Royale Records features blues royalty: The masterful blues guitarist, Ronnie Earl, and Boston's Queen of the Blues, Ms. Toni Lynn Washington singing along with Ms. Blue on a few tracks.  Ms. Blue belts performs vocals and harmonica in this soulful collection of original and cover tunes, paying homage to Nina Simone, Koko Taylor, Dinah Washington, and Aretha Franklin.  Her ensemble includes drummer Lorne Entress and pianist/Hammond B3 organist Dave Limina (both of Ronnie Earl's "Broadcasters"), along with Boston's Bobby Gus on guitar, Johnny "Blue Horn" Moriconi on trumpet, and Scott Shetler on saxophone and horn arrangements.

Diane Blue featured along with Michael Ledbetter on Ronnie Earl CD, "Father's Day", released July 17, 2015!

Ronnie Earl has released "his best CD yet" on the Stony Plain Label - entitled "Father's Day".  This CD is a departure from his mostly-instrumental recordings that he usually does, and this time  features Diane Blue prominently on vocals, along with Michael Ledbetter of Chicago's Nick Moss Band.  Also featured are a horn section, with Mario Perrett and Scott Shetler of Boston.  Mr. Earl also features guitar from Larry Lusignan, Tim O'Connor and Nicholas Tabarias.
